Dear all,

As we have had several queries about the airport, the hotel reservation system, and the overall timing of the conference I thought I would send out this update to help you with your travel arrangements.

Attaching it I see that I neglected to state that we are expecting the end of the conference to be around 3:30 Friday afternoon, followed by an informal wind-down for those who may be interested.
